Tactile is the sole Elo distributor in Africa and has exclusivity for Sub Saharan Africa including the Indian Ocean Islands. Tactile added the Winmate Communications product range to its offering in 2005.

Tactile has recently launched Touch Tools, a self service solutions platform which focuses on the industry and not the end-user. A first for Africa, it is another way of Tactile educating the market and developing its channel.
