Production
Nazareth garment share company dose the process of garment making with all imputes like fabrics and acceseries purchased from other suppliers imported or local sources. It does not have its own textile factory. The garment factory, therefore, makes garment through the whole line of garment processing sections.
Production at the Nazareth Garment S/Co. follows the conventional system practiced in every garment factory. The process includes cutting of the fabrics, Sewing and finishing. The production and technical department of the factory is organized
Cutting Section
In this section the fabrics are cut into pre made designs. Such works as pattern making, marking , assortment and spreading are carried out before actually cutting takes place. After cutting the pieces are marked with numbers for identification.
Sewing Section
Here, as the name indicates the cut pieces are joined together by sewing machines. Different parts of a garment such as the collar, cuff, poket, etc are sewn and then assembled to form a garment, the back and front are made and joined here. Finally the shirt is assembled and ready for inspection before it is sent to the finishing section.
Finishing Section
In this section the final through inspection is done. Garment with defects are segregated and only those garment which passed the quality inspection are qualified as a final product to be ready for dispatch.
