The Vanguard Safe Shop (VSS) comprehensive policy is a specially designed policy for Shop owners in the Country. It takes into consideration the most common risks that shop owners face in their day to day operations. It is also the best policy to take in the event that you are securing a loan to expand your businesses.
The policy will provide cover for three key risk factors:-
• Fire and Allied Perils such as flood, earthquakes.
• Burglary and
• Shop owners Liability towards the general public. The cover will be mainly for:-
• Building occupied and used as a shop constructed of brick, stone or cement block/concrete and roofed with slate tile.
• Contents of the Shop: Stock in trade, Goods, Merchandise, etc.

VANGUARD IHI FOREIGN TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY
This is a worldwide insurance policy that takes effect as soon as you leave the shores of Ghana. It covers hospitalization, medical expenses, medical evacuation, return trip, compassionate emergency repatriation, next-of-kin accompaniment compassionate emergency visit and home transportation of the deceased.
This policy also extends to all children under 2 years free of charge. There is a 48hr extension and no deductible/excess. Benefit Package: Vanguard Assurance Company, in partnership with its appointed claims handlers, International Health Insures of Denmark, offers you wide ranging financial relieves.
A maximum benefit under the policy is US $300,000, 250,000 euro, and 400,000 chf. Claims Handling And Settlement:
The world-renowned medical insurance claims handling company IHI of Denmark is our appointed claims handler. With a worldwide network and vast experience, IHI handles claims promptly and fairly.
Emergency Service:
In the event of medical emergency, which may lead to Hospital Treatment and/or curtailment of your trip, IHI Denmark provides a 24-hr Telephone Service to offer you advice and help deal with your emergencies.
