Our state of the art mills are fully vertically integrated in their various locations delivering a unique value proposition. In addition, we have strategic alliances with various industry players from sewing thread to home furnishing to compliment the breadth of product offerings. Our global client network is broad ranging from regional African institutional customers through to high fashion stores and large retail chains in Europe and the US.

Bedi investments trading arms are especially active in the cross border intra-African market place. We are uniquely positioned to capture the increased flow of trade within the regional trading blocs of EAC, COMESA, SADC and ECOWAS with our regional presence. Our global trading partners are largely headquartered in Asia and Europe. Our traded product ranges centre around soft and hard commodities and ancillary products complimenting our manufacturing activities.

Bedi Investments' principal investments business focuses primarily on taking direct strategic investments in asset-backed businesses. Often these investments result from the group's merchant banking activities where our co-investment capability differentiates us and aligns our interests. We may apply our balance sheet strengths to ensure successful conclusion of complex bespoke financings ranging from equity-linked through structured finance. The group has a particular focus on investments in infrastructure, energy and logistics sectors.

Bedi Investments' Merchant Banking activities are London based and have a specific focus on the emerging markets of India, MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa. Our activities are broad ranging falling into the Financing, Advisory and Investing arena in the global capital markets. Led by seasoned and experienced finance professionals, with demonstrable strengths and expertise in extensive cross-asset and cross border transactions in all capital markets assets classes ranging from cash equity, equity-linked through structured finance and fixed income.

Our business activities are underpinned by our belief that the next decade will be dominated by growth in the Emerging Markets where our primary objective is to serve our clients interests by leveraging our extensive global network of relationships with institutional investors, strategic players and corporate and Governmental borrowers.
