Paradigm was founded in 1983. We manufacture a multitude of products, all produced "in house" and customer specific utilising Wood, Steel, Aluminium, Perspex, Glass, Moulding, Vacuum forming using a wide range of substrates. The owners Patrick and Joanne Sutcliffe and production team Paul Sutcliffe, Alfred Mahlake and Samuel Tshabalala are all dedicated to prompt and efficient "hands-on" service to the industry we serve. We have an employee complement of 40+ full-time dedicated staff members.
