Our sewer pipe range includes 100mm to 250mm.We also manufacture cable ducts according to BTC specification. Our casing pipes range is manufactured as per DIN 4925 Standards from 2" to 10" (63mm to 280mm) nominal diameter. Plumbing pipes are as per ASTM D 1785 from sizes 1/2" to 3" Schedule 40 & 80 are also included in our product range. In Rotational moulding we manufacture Water tanks sizes ranging from 500 liter to 15000 liter, Sewer tanks, Septic tanks and various products as per the market requirement. The production capacity for Rotational moulding division with two machines is 900 metric tons per annum. We can manufacture HDPE Pipes from 20mm to 110mm in our machinery and our annual production capacity is above 400 metric tons per annum.2. QUALITY STANDARDSFLO-TEK PIPES & IRRIGATION is an approved manufacturer of South African Bureau of Standards(SABS). We are a certified manufacturer of SABS 791 for PVC Sewer pipes, SABS 996-1 for PVC Pressure pipes, SABS 967 for PVC Soil, wate and Vent Pipes and SABS-ISO-4427 for HDPE Pipes.3. QUALITY CONTROLOur Quality Control laboratory is fully equipped to test the pipes as per SABS 996, SABS 967 & SABS 791. All the measuring instruments used are calibrated by recognized institutes to ensure the correct test results. We are also in process of setting in house calibration facility. Before independence in September 1966, golf in Gaborone was played on a nine hole course with eighteen tees that ran around and across the airstrip. The golf section of the Gaborone Sports Club in the village controlled the golf course.For security reasons the club was requested to move and with the help of the Botswana National Sports Council it was granted a lease by the Gaborone Town Council for the land the Club now occupies.Jimmy Russell, a government roads engineer, did the original layout of the course. Gordon Hampton, the then Director of Agriculture, decided that the clearing of the fairways would be the ideal training ground for bulldozer drivers under the supervision of the late Syd Youthed.Initially the greens were oiled sand that required smoothing down with a scraper before putting and the tees were built of concrete blocks with rubber mating supplied by the Prison’s Department.In 1967 the original clubhouse was designed by Peter Harrison and built by Derek Beesley. The old bar is the central part of the present bar area and was open towards the course.The course has been developed and refined over the last 30 years and is now a fine test of golf in tranquil surrounds with over 80 species of birdlife and a variety of animals that makes every round a pleasure. The lush kikuyu fairways give way to generous 8cm semi rough before the natural Botswana bush makes any wayward shot an adventure all of its own. The greens are on the slow side and receive frequent attention to keep them maintained.The club enjoys an active and healthy social attendance and has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. It has hosted the BGU Independence Trophy for 42 years and has hosted the Zone 6 internationals three times, the Botswana Open over 20 times and the Sunshine Tour FNB events many times in  the past. It has also hosted 5 of the last 8 Botswana Nomads National Tournaments and remains the club with the highest membership numbers in Botswana.

We are a manufacturing company based in Malawi, manufacturing a range over 160 different plastic houseware products ranging from Basins, Buckets, Containers, Plates, etc. to large drums, stools and Plastic Chairs. This product provides a convenient and affordable way to carry many things.   The Plastic Chair and Stool It was our dream, to make the finest chair in Africa, for Africa, and whilst many doubted that such a product, that would shine in its quality and design could ever be made in Malawi, we are proud to say that this dream has finally become a reality. After exhaustive research into the latest injection molding techniques and mould designs we decided to invest in a chair manufacturing plant with a 1000-ton injection molding machine and it's accessories. The product implementation took close to 15 months from idea to fruition.   In the year 2000 to install the new plant we acquired a second building for manufacturing premises and the whole project was officially launched by His Excellency, then President of Malawi, Dr. Bakili Muluzi. This occasion was historic for the company; and was a great encouragement for the management and staff of ARKAY. in August 2005 we had a visit at our new premises by His Excellency the State President Dr. Bingu wa Mutharika. This is another milestone for us and has encouraged us to continue our pursuit of excellence in the field of plastic house ware.   Our chairs are made from the best possible raw material to ensure lasting quality. Today we are offering several designs of chairs, give a choice to the consumer on style and value.   The Plastic Drums To enable safe and clean storage of water and foodstuffs such as rice and maize flour, and to enhance healthy living for rural as well as urban populations, we designed the range of 30,40,50 and 60 Ltr. drums. Made from virgin materials, the drums are strong and conveniently sized. Like all ARKAY products, they are great value for money!   Crates Manufacturing Our company conducted extensive research into the technical know-how and the machine capacity to manufacture crates, Paint /chemical storage buckets, Bottle caps and other similar items for use in packaging.   We started by manufacturing general purpose crates and Bread Crates. Since 2005, we have been supplying plastic crates to Southern Bottlers Malawi, for storing and distribution of Carlsberg bottles. We have invested in the technical expertise to manufacture industrial items such as crates for Bottles, by sending our engineer to the Far East for training. In 2007 we also qualified to supply Coca-Cola Crates.   At present we have the capacity to manufacture between 4m000 to 4m500 crates per day in Blantyre, and between 1m800 to 2m200 crates per day in Maputo.    We also have the logistical capacity to deliver these crates to any destination in the region.   DISTRIBUTION NETWORK Malawi We already have an extensive distribution system in place in Malawi, and we can deliver anywhere in Malawi using our own trucks. We have a chain of factory shops throughout the country, stocking our full range of products.    Exports  We are registered exporters in Malawi, and therefore qualify under the Free Trade Area of COMESA established on 1st November 2000. We are also members of the PTA region and SADC in Africa. Our goods can therefore go duty-free to any country within COMESA, and at preferential rates of duty to any country within the SADC or PTA region.   We are also able to send our products duty-free to the following countries, due to the special trade agreements between our countries:   South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and UK We are already exporting regularly to Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia and Botswana, and are well geared to export efficiently and effectively to any other country.   We are able to offer delivered prices to any country, as we have well established relations with all major freight forwarders and transport companies.
