PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED was formed by 3rd generation of the Karia and Virani families in Uganda. Their unquestionable diligence and extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate development and Property Management in Europe and the USA, has today turned Property Services Limited, into one of Uganda’s most dynamic and successful property companies. Established in 1990, with a view to aiding departed Asians in the repossession of their properties in Uganda, Property Services Limited not only ensured that this task was efficiently carried out, but also embarked on the mammoth task of rehabilitating these properties, majority of which were dilapidated and in a state of disrepair.
