Under his leadership he led Cipla Medpro to becoming South Africa’s third largest pharmaceutical company by value. Through organic growth the company expanded from 2 employees and a humble beginning in 1993 to an organization of 720 employees in 18 years. Jerome’s vision was instrumental in introducing South Africa to Indian Pharmaceutical expertise.
