A-One has an approximate consumption of 150 tons of PET every month (1,800 tons per annum). PP injection molded buckets, crates and lids come in various sizes, from 4 litres - 20 litres. A-One also makes petroleum jelly containers in various sizes from 25 g - 200g. A-One has an approximate consumption of 300 tons - 350 tons of PP every month (3,600 tons - 4200 tons per annum.) HDPE injection molded caps come in various sizes to match preform necks. Approximate consumption is 16 tons - 18 tons every month (192 tons - 216 tons per annum.) HDPE blow grade jerry cans and cosmetic jars are available from 1 litre - 20 litres with an approximate consumption of 25 tons - 30 tons per month (300 tons - 360 tons per annum.) LDPE (low-density polyethylene) material is used to make shrink-wrap for packing bottles and juices. It is also used for packing empty bottles, caps, handles and jars etc. A-One’s approximate consumption of LDPE material is 25 tons - 30 tons per month (300 tons - 360 tons per annum.)CAPACITY:A-One has the capacity to produce over 12 million PP buckets and more than one million HDPE jerry cans per annum.In beverages, A-One’s filling capacity is 24 million cases of water and flavoured drinks per annum and the company can produce the same amount of PET preforms/ bottles/ cups for filling beverages.The company has a beverage production capacity of 36 million crates per annum.PROJECTION:A-One’s launch of a new line of carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks available in over 20 varieties under the MeTL Group’s premium umbrella brand “Mo” promises to yield impressive results. Flavours include Mo Cola, Mo Orange, Mo Embe (Mango), Mo Bomba, Mo Lemon, Mo Lemon-mint and Mo Malt.
