From its humble beginnings, Rashid Moledina & Co. (Msa) Ltd. continues to take pride today as one of Kenya's Top Ten coffee companies. It is managed by third-generation family members, exporting coffee to customers all around the world. Coffee in Kenya is marketed through weekly coffee auctions held in Nairobi every Tuesday, and we always participate in these auctions. Prior to shipment, the coffee is delivered to our warehouses in Mombasa where each bag is inspected before it is shipped. If need be, we can run the coffee through our quality enhancing equipment that includes gravity separators, graders and the state-of-the-art electronic sorting machines. As a result, we are uniquely positioned to offer our clients total control ... from the auction room through to the shipping container. Mochaland Import and Export PLC was founded in November 2009 to engage mainly in Coffee export activities. In addition to coffee, Mochaland also exports Sesame Seed Beans, Lentils and Mung, beans. Objective Mochaland's objective is to export in the short Term 5000 M/Tons of Ethiopia's finest coffees. 3000 M-Tons of Sesame Seed and pulses will also be exported along with coffee to markets in Japan, Korea, China, Middle East and the U.S.A.  To attain our objective, Mochaland will continue to develop unique product offerings by purchasing, processing and delivering the finest qualities of Ethiopian coffees, Sesame Seed and pulses to our clients. Aleta Land Coffee PLC is a local indigenous company that has been established since 2005, predominantly engage in Arabica coffee exporting activities to our clients in Europe, USA and Asia. It is also fully owned by family members who have ample experience as coffee farmers and local suppliers to the central market that is Ethiopian commodity Exchange (ECX) and it is managed by well experienced professionals.  The company's working capital amounts more than 8 million US dollar and we had shipped 8,670 MT coffees in the year 2010 for our customers.
