We carefully curate the partners we work with, and have developed robust industry relationships to offer our clients a reliable and agile service network. Equipment, machinery, chemicals and goods are sourced from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and reputed suppliers such that traceability and safety standards are enforced at all times. Perishable goods Our thriving value-add perishable goods practice allow us to handle your most delicate, temperature-sensitive and time-critical edible and non-edible products (i.e. flowers, fruits, eggs, canned food). • Facilities and trucks are operated by qualified associates trained in best practices. • All foodstuffs are treated hygienically in accordance with stringent standards and all applicable regulations. • Thermal protection and preservation of the cold chain is ensured at all times during the goods journey (loading, offloading, storage, transportation and delivery) to maximize the product shelf life and avoid deterioration. Each clearance agent at Qabula Holdings is experienced in the interpretation of the Customs Act, tariff codes and cargo classification. We handle the paperwork and oversee the management of the entire import and export process on behalf of our local and international clients, to deliver the best experience possible. Credit to our digital EDI system, we expedite all documentation electronically to save our clients precious time and money throughout the custom clearance procedure. FORWARDING AND LOGISTICS To date, our warehousing practices, stock management facilities and high standards of hygiene have made us the natural choice for several dozen businesses when it comes to the cost-effective handling of multimodal shipments (air freight, sea freight or road freight). Our cross-docking services ensure the multi-destination forwarding of break-bulk, originally received as bulk consignment. Inversely, we consolidate shipments from different origins for containerisation and delivery to single destinations so our clients can save on time and reduce their storage and inventory-related costs.
