Zoomota Healthcare Limited started operation on 1st March 1993 by wholesale marketing of general and generic pharmaceutical products, clinical consumables and disposables, medical diagnostics and devices. These products were offered directly to hospitals and pharmacies in defined local markets. When the company acquired the Novo Nordisk representation/agency, it commenced importation and national marketing of Specialty Pharmaceuticals, that is, Novo Nordisk Diabetes Care products and devices. Zoomota Healthcare Limited was the sole representative of Novo Nordisk from 1992 to 2005 when the company, Novo Nordisk, took over her operations in Nigeria.
