GM Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd started trading in the early 1980’s as a small chemist selling basic cosmetics and medicines founded by the late S. Georghiou, a registered Pharmacist and entrepreneur. Over thirty years later the company has grown remarkably and now has an umbrella of its own branded products supplying pharmacies and buying groups in South Africa. Being an astute businessman, S. Georghiou had the gift of turning great ideas into new products. GM Pharmaceuticals had the competitive advantage as it was one of the first companies to bring out alternative libido products and as a result household names such as Dr Long’s, Impotex, Tong Yong and High Rise were born just to mention a few. The company also prides itself in offering the Power Gro Hair Supplement range of products. Lovingly referred to as “Steli” or Stan-the-Man, S. Georghiou continued to innovate and grow the company from strength to strength until his sad, untimely death in 2001. Not prepared to break under the sadness and pressure, the legacy of GM carries on and is still proudly run as a family business with family values. We supply high quality alternative medication and maximize wealth for all stakeholders whilst having fun in the process and being kind to the environment.

Triton Pharmaceuticals has one of the largest Pharmaceutical , Complementary Health and functional food contract manufacturing facilities in South Africa. We have a full complement of staff consisting of 170 people. The manufacturing plant in Johannesburg is one of the most versatile in South Africa. The plant has capabilities in the manufacture of tablets, capsules, lotions, creams, liquids, foods in any dosage or quantity. In so far as final packaging these can be packed in blisters, sachets, powders and bottles. MPD Pharmacy is in the retail pharmacy business that provides its customers with a great store ambience, hygiene, good assortment of merchandise, great service and convenience. The manager and owner of MPD Pharmacy is a capable and proven businessman not only has academic experience but also has hands-on business experience. Academically he completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree in 2006 with the University of Kwazulu-Natal.
